Ashley and Adrian’s Wedding
Hi Kathie,
I can’t believe it has been a week since Ashley and Adrian’s ceremony!
Villa Antonia was absolutely beautiful! The venue truly exceeded our expectations. The Villa and scenery were stunning and provided the perfect setting for a storybook wedding. Ashley and Adrian both stated that Villa Antonia was a dream location.
I wanted to thank you again for all of your assistance. With both Ashley and I living out of state, you provided us with great advice and were so helpful in the planning of the big day. From helping us make arrangements for the officiate, flowers, bows, and music…..to keeping us organized when we walked in for the ceremony, you were patient and wonderful.
Thank you for your help in making their wedding a truly memorable occasion!

If there was one word that I could choose to describe how I felt about our wedding as my husband and I were leaving Villa Antonia it would be, “breathtaking.” This was such an amazing venue and what made it a memorable experience and an amazing day was Shelley. She has a great heart and really knows what the job entails with being a wedding coordinator and goes above and beyond to make things run smoothly as well as make sure that everything is taken care of. I had to plan most of my wedding from another state since I was in medical school and I can’t tell you how accommodating Shelley was to work with and how much effort she put in to keep me stress free and put all my trust in her. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with and wish I could do all my future events with her.
After the wedding I can’t tell you how many compliments were given about the facility, photography, food, and just how beautiful the scenery was. Especially at night with the stars and beautiful lights, just makes everything so perfect.
Villa Antonia also has a great recommendation list for other vendors and I have to thank: Austin Catering, Floral Fetish Carrie Beamer, Cakes by Kathy, The Grooves, Lake Austin Strings, April Skinner for hair, and Patrick Motola for my amazing photography!! They all seemed to work so well together and put on what some of my family calls “the wedding of the year” for our friends and family.
Thank you to everyone, especially Shelley, at Villa Antonia for all your work for making my husband and I experience one of the best days of our lives that we will cherish forever.

On behalf of Catherine, Larry, and both of our families, we want to thank everyone at the Villa Antonia for making the wedding a special and very memorable event. We knew what to expect, but the bridal party and the guests were simply amazed at the Villa. Without the assistance and organizational skills of your team, we would not have been able to make this happen. In particular, we would like to thank the person responsible for keeping the weather good, but a little windy, through Saturday’s ceremony.

We got married at Villa Antonia in January, and we couldn't have picked a better venue! We are both from out of town, so it was a destination wedding
We got married at Villa Antonia in January, and we couldn't have picked a better venue! We are both from out of town, so it was a destination wedding for us and most of our guests. Ms. Chris, thank you SO MUCH for helping us plan this wedding remotely, for your patience and guidance with all of our questions throughout the planning process, and for your calmness and fantastic sense of humor that kept us as relaxed as we could be on the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly, and our families and we could not have asked for a better celebration!
For those planning on having their special event at Villa Antonia, definitely book the honeymoon suite! The golf cart send off is fantastic fun, and no hotel can offer you the wonderful experience of having the place to yourselves that night and reflecting on what a wonderful celebration you just had with your family and friends.
Many thanks also to our vendors: Chef Jonathan and his Creative Creations team (each and every dish so delicious), Chris & Yvonne of Austin Imagery (truly wonderful to work with & and the Airstream photo booth to boot!), DJ Josh from Penguin Entertainment (Shawn's grandfather dancing to Usher - 'nuff said), Michelle's Patisserie (cakes both gorgeous AND delicious), STEMS Floral Design (so creative & beautiful!), Mancino Iron Works (the perfect complement to Villa Antonia's decor), Mikala McFerrin (so much more than just a great makeup artist), Johanna at West End Salon (my bridesmaids and I never felt prettier!), Edis' Chocolates (favors have never been consumed more quickly...and we ordered extra!)

There were times when I told them to use their judgment and being so well trained they just 'did it'. I knew I was in good hands."
